2023 Bailu Group Occupational Health Promotion Activity
In order to conscientiously study, promote, and implement national laws and administrative regulations related to safety production, and adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", Bailu Group has conducted various safety training to ensure that cadres and employees master more safety knowledge and ensure daily safety production.
The content of safety training conducted by our factory is as follows:
1. Fire safety training and drills: In order to further strengthen the fire safety education of the company's employees, improve their ability to prevent and control fires and respond to emergencies, enhance their awareness of fire safety and their awe of 'fire', the company, under the guidance of Wang Chengjun, the manager of the management department, Shao Guoqiang, the safety director, and Zhong Zhaodong, the security captain, at 07:00 p.m. on November 21, 2022, A night shift fire drill was organized in front of the open space at the company's south gate. This exercise was divided into initial fire extinguisher actual fire drill, outdoor fire hydrant operation, and finalization of workshop 5610. The evening fire drill lasted for 2 hours, with the participation of evening employees. The purpose of this drill is to: improve employees' ability to respond to fire prevention and control and emergencies; Correct use of fire extinguishers and various fire-fighting equipment, equipment, and facilities; Correct escape methods and methods; Improve the overall fire prevention and control level of the company, effectively prevent fires, and minimize hazards. Make employees more clear: in the event of a fire, be calm and composed, everyone knows what to do, how to report the alarm correctly, how to correctly extinguish the initial fire, and how to evacuate personnel; Further improve the ability to prevent and control fires.
2. Emergency drill for liquid alkali leakage accidents: Before the drill, the safety supervisor explains the emergency response procedures and safety precautions to the participants; Members of the emergency rescue and disposal team wear protective clothing to close the main valve switch of the leaking storage tank; Use fire sand to block leaks and prevent them from flowing into sewer pipes and polluting the environment; The security team shall set up isolation zones for security control to prevent other personnel from entering the leakage area; The fire brigade sets up fire hoses, dilutes leaks, sprays water to cool the leaking area, prevents secondary disasters, and monitors on-site disposal personnel; Rescue team members who fainted due to inhalation of liquid alkali mist at the scene, and take emergency rescue measures for cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Inspectors inspect the water quality of surrounding sewers to prevent leakage from affecting the surrounding environment; After the emergency response is completed, the fire team washes and disinfects the on-site personnel to prevent residual chemicals from causing harm to the lives of emergency team members.
3. Occupational hazard testing: Our company has entrusted Suzhou Yingbai Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct annual occupational hazard factor post testing on May 13, 2023. Targeted occupational hazard testing will be conducted for the dye tank workshop, including noise, acetic acid, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, etc. Targeted noise hazard testing will be conducted for the molding workshop and the rolling workshop.
4. Epidemic prevention and disinfection during COVID-19: after COVID-19 spreads, our factory takes a series of epidemic prevention measures for the health of employees, and all employees must wear masks; If any foreign personnel return to the factory, they must present a "negative nucleic acid test report"; Regularly spray alcohol for disinfection in public places such as guard rooms, company buses, canteens, and toilet lights; Install isolation plates on the seats in the cafeteria to prevent cross infection. Everyone unite to protect the safety production of Bailu Company!
5. The cafeteria invites dedicated personnel to exterminate rats and cockroaches: Regularly contact a professional company every year. To avoid employees from accidentally eating rats, stick rat boards are used. Cockroach killing drugs are only sprinkled on aisles, corners, and other areas where food is not stored.
