In order to further strengthen the fire safety education of the company's employees, improve their fire prevention and control ability and emergency response ability, enhance their awareness of fire safety and their awe of 'fire', the company, under the guidance of Wang Chengjun, Manager of the Management Department, Shao Guoqiang, Chief Safety Officer, and Zhong Zhaodong, Chief Security Officer, organized a night shift fire drill at 07:00 on the evening of November 21, 2022, in front of the company's south gate open space. The drill was divided into fire extinguisher fire drill at the beginning, outdoor fire hydrant operation, finalization of workshop 5610, and the evening fire drill, which lasted for 2 hours. The evening staff participated. The purpose of this drill is to: improve employees' ability to respond to fire prevention and control and emergencies; Properly use fire extinguishers and various fire-fighting equipment, equipment and facilities; Correct means and methods of escape; Improve the overall fire prevention and control level of the company, effectively prevent fire and minimize hazards. Make employees more clear: In case of fire, be calm and calm. Everyone knows what to do, how to alarm correctly, how to put out the initial fire correctly, and how to evacuate people; Further improve the ability of fire prevention and control.
1、 Fire drill training
Manager Wang and Zhong Dui of the Management Department gave wonderful explanations on fire related theoretical knowledge, fire classification, the three elements of fire, the classification principle of fire extinguishers, precautions for the use of fire hydrants, and life saving details such as lowering your head, crawling, and covering your nose with wet towels during evacuation.
2、 Outdoor fire fighting training
1. Assemble the drill team
Shao Factory, the safety director, gave a brief introduction on the location, process and precautions of the local drill
3. Speed running, bucket lifting, shaking up and down, pulling the pin, aiming at the root of the fire source, and launching all the essentials in mind. The whole movement is completed at one go, and the fire is controlled instantly.
4. Bai Liu part-time firefighters conducted field practice and demonstration on precautions such as the use of fire water guns and fire fighting actions.
2、 Simulated fire escape drill
During the night shift, the evacuation and escape drill of the No.5-10 finalizing machine, the simulated smoke in the finalizing workshop was emitting, and the vision began to blur, but our employees kept in mind the essentials of escape, bowed their heads, covered their noses, quickly escaped from the fire scene, and safely arrived at the distribution center of the Sunan Gate.
During the drill, all units were well organized and in good order. The staff obeyed the command and actively participated in the drill. We also summarized some problems. The first stage of the drill was not tense enough, and there was no tension when real disasters occurred. In this regard, publicity should be strengthened. The organization and publicity work of each workshop still needs further efforts to enhance the safety awareness of employees.
